A phone call or email to your local YachtMinder Agent to request a sales consultation and free valuation / listing appraisal is all that is required to initiate our process for selling your yacht.  Your YachtMinder agent will then:

• Gather general information from you and use our MLS membership services to research comparables that are currently for sale and those that have recently sold. 
• He will meet with you aboard your yacht to assess condition and inventory, then make recommendations regarding valuation and realistic expectations for a selling price. 
• With an asking price established and a signed Listing Agreement completed your YachtMinder Listing Agent will go through the yacht to compile notes about a variety of specifics that will comprise the completed Listing Specifications that YachtMinder will use to create a brochure and on-line displays for the presentation of your yacht to the buying public, and to other yacht brokers for presentation to their clients. 
• An essential feature of of our marketing method is to make a professional quality on-line photo tour and a printable version Adobe (.pdf) brochure of your yacht available to prospective buyers.  When your YachtMinder Agent comes aboard to photograph your yacht please keep this in mind and have the vessel clean and well ordered.  First impressions do count!  That said, we also ask that you are mindful of keeping the yacht ship-shape throughout the sales cycle.
