YachtMinder's Buyer Consultation Services

• YachtMinder's co-operative yacht brokerage relationships allow us serve as a Buyer's Agent for the purchase of any yacht in the world.

• Use the form below to provide us with an outline of information pertaining to your intended purchase. 

• We will then call to discuss the specifics of the use you intend for the yacht, and to get a clear picture of your preferences and the various elements that you would like to have in the yacht that you acquire.

• We will study the current market, consult with various other brokers, and discuss our findings and recommendations with you.

• Based on your response to these initial consultations, we will provide you with any additional information that may be needed about the yachts of specific interest, and make arrangements to take you aboard the yachts you would like to inspect.

• Based on the outcome of the showings resulting from our research and consultations, when you have chosen a yacht to purchase we will then serve as your 'Buyer's Agent'. 

• In fulfillment of our duties as your yacht broker (buyer's agent), we will consult with you to construct and present an offer to purchase agreement to the seller's agent (and the listing yacht brokerage).  Based on the response to the initial offer we would follow through with the normal procedures for completing pre-closing inspections and completion of sale and title transfer.
