ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT:
The Maxum's two stateroom floor plan is arranged with the galley up, just one step down from the main salon. An elevated dinette to starboard with views of the entire salon and galley, windows all around provide great views. The forward stateroom has a centerline walk-around queen bed and a private bath complete with tub & shower. The second stateroom has twin bunks with a filler cushion so they can convert to a large queen berth, the guest bath also has a stall shower. The main salon has excellent seating complete with a built-in entertainment center. The gradual inclined ladder in the cockpit leads up the the spacious Flybridge with a well laid out helm and plenty of seating for guests, and a wet bar.  A large integrated swim platform with shower is excellent for the diving enthusiast or for easy access to, and stowage for the dinghy.

REMARKS:

There are only a few of these boats available on the West Coast market.  The owner's change of life plans forces the sale of this Elegant Sport Yacht. Her twin 370 hp Cummins have only 75 hours use.
