This
47' fiberglass sedan motor yacht has the following
features: The ivory colored hull is finished to a
high gloss with dark blue waterline striping. Polished
stainless steel portlights are port and starboard, four to
each side. Four polished stainless steel hawse ports
are at the stern and transom (2 per side). Engine
exhaust ports are below the waterline, fresh water and
desk wash drain ports are at the waterline, and a
fiberglass swim and boarding platform is affixed to the
transom. At the shearline a polished stainless steel
rub rail is fitted to the deck to hull join and extends
around the entire yacht.
Boarding is from dockside steps to port and starboard
rail gates, or from the swim platform
to the cockpit. Fiberglass decking has a non-skid
finish, a fiberglass bowsprit is fitted with anchor
roller, a Bruce style anchor, and a deck mounted windlass
that feeds anchor rode to a forepeak chain locker. The
foredeck is fitted with a hatch over the master stateroom,
docking cleats with chalks at the bow, and line cleats
amidships. Extending around the bow and sidedecks to
the cockpit is a stainless steel rail with stanchions and
four fender holders fitted with fenders in dark blue
canvass covers.
At the stern is a large partially covered cockpit that
is well suited for lounging, fishing and swimming or
diving. It is furnished with several deck chairs and
all-weather carpet. Fitted with hatches giving very
good access to the engine compartment below deck, sliding
glass door accessing the main salon, and molded-in stairs
to the flying bridge upper helm station and a boat deck
with tender, tender cradle, and lifting davit, the cockpit
serves many functions and is properly appointed to
facilitate each very well.
At the forward portion of the upper deck is the flying
bridge helm station and lounge. It is fitted with a
dark blue canvass bimini top with removable isinglass side
enclosures, a pedestal helm chair with footrest, and
well padded backrest and arms on a polished stainless
steel frame. To port and starboard of the helm chair are
two removable companion chairs. The wheel is mounted
to a fiberglass helm bulkhead with engine controls and
navigation electronics fitted in a fiberglass display
consol atop. Aft of the helm station is an L-shaped
settee with cushions and under storage, and a high-low
serving table with teak top. Aft of the settee and
separated from the observation lounge by a fiberglass
radar antenna arch is the boat deck. Positioned
above the cockpit, the boat deck has a stainless steel
tender cradle, an inflatable tender with outboard engine
and cover, and an electric extendable lifting davit.
The boat deck and tender lifting systems are well
positioned for launching and retrieving the tender.
On the main deck the interior is accessed from the cockpit
or the port side deck at the lower helm station.
Entering from the cockpit a carpeted main salon displays
an ivory headliner with inset lighting, four windows with
curtains to port and to starboard, and nicely finished
golden maple walls, window frames, cabinets and shelves.
To port of the cockpit entry is a built-in cabinet with
counter top that houses the yacht's TV and entertainment
system. Built-in shelving is above, and adjacent is
a leather upholstered swivel arm chair. To starboard is a
smaller built-in maple cabinet with counter top, and a
leather upholstered L-shaped settee with maple drawer
storage underneath. A high-low drop leaf maple table
with two leather upholstered maple seating ottomans are
free standing in front of the settee.
Forward of and adjoining the salon to port is a
U-shaped galley. Finished in golden maple with a tan
Corian countertop the galley is well appointed for
efficient food preparation and serving, and due to its
position, clean design and fine finish, it also
serves to allow light from the forward facing deckhouse
windows to enter the main deck cabin and extend the visual
aspect of the salon living space.
Opposite the galley and divided from the salon by a
settee backrest is the lower helm station. Well
equipped and encased in golden maple the helm station adds
a nicely crafted element to the flow of finished interior
appointments. From the helm station the three
forward facing windows and the multiple windows facing to
port, starboard and aft (in the galley and salon) allow
excellent visibility. A sliding door immediately to
starboard of the helm provides quick and easy access to
the side deck and foredeck. Positioned adjacent to
the broad Corian countertops of the galley, the helm
station is provided chart reading surfaces, and the
convenience of having coffee and snacks readily at hand.
On centerline between the helm station and the galley
is a lighted two step stairway down to a passageway
accessing the two staterooms and two heads. Matching the
golden maple interior finish and ivory fabric headliner
with inset lighting of the main deck cabin, the passageway
also features hinged thick maple doors with arched tops
and overhead moldings.
A doorway to port enters a guest head with separate
stall shower. The interior of the guest head is
finished with curved maple and Corian vanity with
backsplash and under set white porcelain sink with
polished brass fixtures. Wall coverings are a gold
toned green that nicely complement the golden maple wood
trim and cabinets.
Opposite the guest head is the guest stateroom.
Completely finished in golden maple, this cabin features a
double wide berth with drawer storage underneath, an
enclosed hanging locker, a small bureau with countertop
and mirror, polished brass reading lamps, polished
stainless steel portlights with white curtains, ivory
fabric headliner with inset lighting, and a maple trimmed
overhead hatch.
At the forward end of the passageway is the master
stateroom. Completely finished in golden maple, this cabin
features a queen sized berth on centerline with drawer
storage underneath, port and starboard enclosed cabinet
shelves with countertops, an enclosed hanging locker, a
small bureau with countertop and mirror, polished brass
reading lamps, polished stainless steel portlights with
white curtains, and ivory fabric headliner with inset
lighting. Directly forward of the centerline berth
is a maple finished bulkhead with small double doors inset
for access to the forepeak compartment with anchor chain
locker. Also accessed from this the master stateroom
is an ensuite head compartment. This head has a
separate stall shower and is very nicely finished to match
the interior appointments of the guest head.
