LISTING AGENT REMARKS:
(Sale Pending)
Distinctive looking, well thought-out and impeccably maintained.
This immaculate pilothouse sedan cruiser designed by Ed Monk Jr.
was custom built of molded fiberglass by the Nordlund Boat
Company of
Tacoma
Washington for the
current owner. She is thoroughly proven as an exceptional
Northwest/Alaska cruising yacht, strongly built, comfortable to
ride, easy to handle, and surprisingly fuel efficient.
A spacious two stateroom layout (both with ensuite heads and
stall showers) offers comfortable sleeping accommodations for
four, and the practicality of a dedicated laundry room. Designed
to cruise comfortably at 15 knots while burning only 16 g.p.h.,
the yacht is fitted with stabilizers for very steady cruising at
Trawler speeds of 8-9kts (8 g.p.h), and for fishing at 2 to 3
knots (on trolling valve).
Boathouse kept, the exterior is flawlessly finished with
STERLING LP paint and the interior is hand rubbed Burmese Teak.
Nicely dialed-in for the cruising couple (and friends), the
selling inventory even includes most of the owner’s onboard
china, flatware, glasses, pots and pans.
To make this offering even more complete, (for an additional
price) the owner will include the equally well kept boat house
that was built specifically for this yacht!
This is your turn-key opportunity for a very attractive yacht at
a very attractive new
price.
