REMARKS:
|
Burger yachts have stood as a benchmark of yachting
excellence for many years. Their seaworthiness, solid
construction and classic good looks are admired by
yachtsmen the world over as a hallmark of quality American
yacht design.
This particular
Classic Flush Deck Burger Motor Yacht is very well
equipped and certified by the U.S. Coast Guard to carry
for charter up to 49 passengers (plus 8 crew). The
charter certification requires an annual Coast Guard
inspection for condition and safety requirements. In May
of 2003 a 5 year Certificate of Inspection (CIO) was
renewed and an out of the water inspection was made. At
that time new bottom paint, zinc’s etc. were applied, and
to ensure that the yacht will pass marine surveys with
high marks, a Marine Survey by Ron Grant was completed.
The new survey is available on request. Also of note, in
2000 both Detroit Diesel engines were given an overhaul,
they run great and with the Naiad Stabilizer's ensure
smooth and reliable cruising. This exceptional offering
is maintained to high standards and comes with a
significant annual charter income of approx. $125,000.
With a dramatic
100k price reduction demonstrating the owner's serious
intent to sell, the yacht's classic good looks and
exceptional condition, the renewed 5 year Coast Guard
certification and existing charter income, this yacht
now presents an exceptional value. As such, we
anticipate this offering will not remain available for
long and urge you to contact us for a private
showing at your earliest convenience.
