REMARKS:

This is a rare 2 stateroom galley up model.  This listing agent has known the boat since selling it for the 2nd owner in 1995 and again to the current owner in 1998. 

The current owner had the boat trucked to Wisconsin and launched in Lake Michigan.  He and his wife and their two daughters then cruised this reliable vessel through the Great Lakes, down the Eastern Seaboard to the Bahamas, then to her current dry storage location in Florida.  After a two part vacation of a lifetime the owners are ready to either find a buyer for the boat in Florida or truck her to San Diego for a West Coast buyer. 

This nicely designed and well built yacht has always been maintained in excellent running condition and she is a proven cruiser.  The interior has always shown very nice. At this point the exterior needs new isinglass for the flybridge enclosure and the gelcoat on the flybridge is ready for a compound buffing and waxing. 

The seller offers the boat where is (in Florida -with offshore delivery-) at a $5,000 discount from the asking price of $80,000.  Or he will sell the boat in Florida and pay for truck transporting the boat to San Diego, CA.  Please note this vessel is not offered for sale in Florida.
