REMARKS:

The Heritage 42 tri-cabin trawlers built by CHB are very popular West Coast cruisers. The roomy interior is nicely finished with a lavish use of teak and the Tri-cabin floor plan makes for excellent live-aboard accommodations. Their sturdy fiberglass construction and reliable Ford Lehman diesel engines provide for safe and economical long range coastal cruising.

This particular Heritage 42 has received very good care, with a number of substantial periodic maintenance items recently completed the new owner should find very little in the way of a 'to-do list'. The boat is very clean inside and out, all exterior bright work was recently redone and the engine compartment is clean and spacious. This is a great boat for the live aboard or cruiser.
