General
Overview:
The general floor plan presents five single
berths and one king size bed in three staterooms plus a single
helmsman's berth in the pilothouse that give sleeping
accommodations for a total of eight adults. A full beam master
stateroom is aft with two ensuite heads, between and adjoining
the two head compartments is a Jacuzzi-tub shower with glass
privacy panels. The master stateroom has a companionway entrance
from the aft deck and an interior entry from a short stairway to
the salon. Forward and up the steps from the master stateroom is
a main salon that spans the full beam of the main deckhouse. The
salon features natural finished wood paneling, carpeting, fabric
wall coverings and headliner, inset lighting, large observation
windows to port, starboard and aft, built-in cabinets that
conceal entertainment electronics and a chest freezer, a wood
burning fireplace, and matching leather upholstered furnishings
(two recliners and two sofas). Forward of the salon and to port
is a large U-shaped galley with an observation window, cabinets,
appliances, rubberized flooring, and a granite countertop
serving bar with seating for three that separates the galley
from the salon. To starboard of the galley area are stairways up
to the enclosed freestanding pilothouse on the upper deck, and
down to an engine room, workshop, a head with shower, and a
guest cabin with three single berths on the lower deck. In the
main deckhouse forward of the stairways and to starboard of the
galley area is a U-shaped dinette with settee for serving up to
ten adults. Inboard of the dinette is a food storage pantry, and
outboard of the settee is a large observation window. On the
main deck level at the bow is a VIP guest cabin that is entered
from a doorway at the forward end of the dinette area. The VIP
guest cabin has two single berths, ample built-in cabinets and
drawers, a hanging locker, and an enclosed ensuite head with a
tub-shower.

LISTING AGENT REMARKS:
|
PELICAN is the
ultimate all oceans, all weather, long range and secure
passagemaker. She is built to massive proportions and heavy
displacement. She is reminiscent of the great Pacific Coast
fishing vessels that have successfully plied the waters in
pursuit of their commercial fishing catches in ultimate safety,
yet she is built as a yacht with the same ability and comforts
of a fine cruising yacht. This is a one-of-a-kind vessel
without compare, an opportunity for her new owner to take her to
new horizons only dreamed of by many. This vessel puts reality
into your plans at a price that also cannot be duplicated. Here
is your opportunity to own that voyaging yacht you have been
dreaming about for years….now it is your turn!!
