the V-berth and one for the main salon. The main salon is next
aft. To
starboard is a settee with lots of storage above and below and a nice sized cabinet with a top

configured navigation station with built-in instrumentation. At
the port side of the salon is
a dinette settee that will seat five people and an elegant
dinette table that will fold up and secure to the forward
bulkhead. Aft of the dinette settee is a nicely appointed
U-shaped galley with double stainless sinks near centerline.
Across from the galley and aft of the navigation station is an aft
quarter cabin that
sleeps two people. The interior of this
yacht features finely crafted and varnished wood cabinets,
shelves, moldings, and floors. These are nicely accented

REMARKS:
| If you are looking for a
very attractive, turn-key, blue water
boat that is in Bristol condition with a layout that is
comfortable for two couples and a rig that can be handled by
one, look no further. This particular yacht is very nicely
set up for short handed, extended, cruising. Expertly
upgraded from new and professionally maintained since, this
yacht is offered by the original owner. With less than 600
hours engine use the yacht has been sailed just enough to have
all systems proven and dialed-in. We believe the new
owner will find it to be ready to go cruising as is.
Designer's comment:
"The 38 Cabo Rico was
designed with a low profile to eliminate excessive freeboard.
This vital aspect means that the 38 can make excellent headway
in high wind conditions where reduced leeway is critical. Low
freeboard and improved leeway also mean shorter passage making,
while landing in strong winds will be easier. Her clipper
bow keeps the decks dryer, improves her motion in heavy weather
while presenting a reasonably fine entry. I feel that this
graceful clipper bow is a most excellent bow shape for a true
offshore boat. The stern overhang balances the clipper bow
nicely while dampening pitching motion and presenting extra
reserve buoyancy to a following sea." W.L.B.
