REMARKS:
| This
William Shaw design is considered by many knowledgeable
yachtsmen to be one of the best cruising designs in the
42' size range. With good looks at dockside, at
anchor, and underway, the Pearson 424 is also a good
performer. The interior is a master work of comfortable
spaces and functional layout. On deck the cockpit
is roomy and the side decks provide good walk
space.
With the
distinction of having pioneered fiberglass yacht
construction, the Pearson boats works pedigree and
reputation for quality is exemplified in the 424's of
the early to mid-eighties. Generally owned with
pride, these yachts remain a benchmark of quality
construction and design.
The owner of
this particular Pearson 424 has lovingly prepared this yacht
over the last 3 years for an offshore adventure.
Unfortunately (for him) a change of plans forces the sale of this fine yacht.
She is due for bottom paint on her next
haul out, and the owner will consider all reasonable offers.
Here is a great opportunity to own a well fitted and
cared for example of one of the best.
